- Is Car Show Expert free?
- Yes — the Free plan gives you full registration, check-in, and show management for every show you run. Expert Shows (which add digital judging, People's Choice voting, and custom dash cards) are a one-time per-show upgrade. Pro is a monthly subscription for clubs that run multiple Expert Shows per year.
- Do entrants need to create an account?
- No. Entrants register through a public form — no login required. They get a confirmation email with a link to their digital dash card. If they want to track their registration history or manage a vehicle garage, they can optionally create a participant account.
- Can I import registrations from a spreadsheet?
- Yes. Car Show Expert accepts bulk CSV import for up to 500 entries at a time. Paste your existing data into the import template, upload, review, and confirm. Imported entries come in as Confirmed with payment waived and car numbers assigned automatically.
- Does it work on mobile?
- Yes. The entire platform is mobile-first. Entrants register on their phone, gate staff check in on their phone, and judges score on their phone. The organiser dashboard works on any screen size.
