Your gate price doesn't have to be one price anymore
Gate admission was always a single flat fee, with no breakdown of who'd actually paid it. Both problems are fixed: you can now set up multiple spectator ticket tiers — Adult, Child, Weekend Pass, whatever your show needs — each with its own price, and buyers choose a quantity of each at checkout. A show with no tiers set up keeps working exactly as before; add one tier and it replaces the flat fee going forward. Every paid ticket lands on a new Spectator Payments tab on the show page, so you can finally see gate revenue the same way you already see entry fees. Vendor booth fees used to share the same platform-fee setting as entrant and spectator payments, so there was no way to charge vendors differently without touching everyone else's rate. That fee now has its own schedule under Admin > Payments, and vendors see the breakdown — booth fee plus platform fee — before they hit "Pay by card," instead of finding out what they owe only at the charge. On the judging side: editing a judging template after cars have already been scored on it could quietly wreck the results — change a category's max score and every old score on that scale means something different. Templates already in use now show a warning before you touch them, plus a one-click Duplicate button so you can make a safe copy instead of editing live. Templates can also be marked inactive so retired ones stop showing up as options for new shows, and the category reorder buttons — previously just a grip icon that did nothing — actually move categories now. Deleting a template with recorded scores asks you to confirm first.
Two smaller judging changes worth knowing about. Classes have a new "Judged" setting on the Classes tab — set a class to No and it's left out of every judging screen (queues, progress, judge results, the lot), useful for a cruise-in class or a display-only group that was never meant to be scored. It locks once that class has scores, same as everything else that touches scoring. And in grouped People's Choice voting, the per-class dropdown now has an explicit "Excluded" option, so you can pull a specific class out of the public vote entirely instead of it accidentally falling into the show-wide count.
Rounding out the week: the public Garage showcase finally got a link from the site nav (it existed, nobody could find it), and there are three new phone-first guides for Check-in Staff, Head Judges, and Judges, each shot at mobile width against the real app. Google-signed-in invitees can now accept an organization invite without needing a password. Creating an organization with a name that looks like an existing one now shows a warning with an "Ask to join" option instead of letting duplicate organizations pile up quietly. And in Settings, organizers can remove a co-organizer or resend a stuck invite without waiting on us.
